Position Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous B2B sales experience managing a territory or region while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to work remotely while consistently obtaining the goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

  • Engage in team conference calls, meetings and industry training
  • Develop and implement tactical territory plans within channel business plan parameters
  • Achieve company sales and profitability goals through in-person meetings, phone, email, cold calling or networking outreach
  • Strategize business plans for assigned accounts to deliver maximum potential volume and profitability
  • Support execution of efforts to enhance market share, sales and volume for assigned merchant


  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Associate or similar sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding B2B business sales when engaging with Senior Executives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • 2 years experience in a B2B sales position

This position would be 20-25 hours per week with work hours of 11AM -3PM EST – Work times are Monday – Friday. The opportunity to move into a full time role is available

Compensation: $12-15/ per hour with opportunity for commission & bonuses

Due to COVID-19 and the stay-at-home ordinance there are system and software requirements required to complete the basic functions of this role

  • A reliable internet connection
  • Due to COVID-19 this position is remote until further notice
  • Once stay at home restrictions are eased and in accordance with local regulations the position will work out of our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL
