This Service is designed for Founders and Senior Executives to provide live strategic support to increase revenue.
This service provides direct access to up to 5 senior executives within your company to receive direct support from our CEO LaDawn Townsend and our Strategic Advisory team as they work with you to teach, guide and implement our 4 part profit growth system.

Service Details
Each company, up to a team of 5 senior leaders in the organization, will meet privately as a group with CEO LaDawn Townsend and your Strategic Advisor for the following support:
Onboarding & Executive welcome Call
A plan to increase revenue and grow profits requires the proper assessment to start the plan off in the right direction. Our work together will begin with your team completing a in-depth questionnaire about your organization followed by a private 30-minute welcome call with each executive that will participate in the program.
The questionnaire will help our team in gaining a deeper understanding about your business and creating a plan for revenue growth.
Monthly Private Strategy Session
During this private monthly 1-hour strategy call our CEO LaDawn Townsend will meet with your team to provide strategy, address questions, challenges, success or roadblocks to meet the profit growth strategy plan.
Monthly Accountability Call
Action and strategy is only as good as what is executed and measured in the business. The monthly accountability 60-minute call is privately held with your Strategic Advisor and your team to give coaching and a game plan to keep tasks on point for completion or provide additional assistance as needed.
WHat else Is Included?
Direct Access in-between sessions
Strategy is fluid and requires adjustments at times. To support you in this a primary point person from your team will receive direct access to our Strategic Advisory Team up to three times a week, during Monday – Friday, on VOXER.
Boardroom Quarterly Workshop
Every quarter we will tailor a 2-hour live workshop with content specific for your companies need.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for:
- Established companies with a minimum annual revenue of $25M
- An executive leadership team is in place or the organization is actively recruiting to fill vacant positions and require assistance on the leadership strategy

Program Information
Registration Date: Accepting new applicants
Length: A 90 day minimum with the option to extend support for up to 12 months or longer.
Effort: 4-6 hours per week per team of 5 employees, self paced program with a Strategic Advisor
